With Zycus, AMSOL is moving procurement off email and disconnected tools and onto one operating layer that spans the full source-to-pay cycle. The platform is built to serve users wherever they work, from finance and category teams ashore to seafarers raising requests aboard vessels at sea, and to apply agentic AI across sourcing, negotiation, and spend analysis.
Specifically, AMSOL will leverage Zycus capabilities to:
- Give teams working at sea and ashore a single, AI-guided front door to raise and track requests, including from low-connectivity vessel environments.
- Bring sourcing, contracting, and supplier management onto one platform, with AI-assisted contract review and obligation tracking.
- Apply agentic AI to categorise spend, surface savings opportunities, and benchmark performance without manual analysis.
- Use autonomous negotiation agents to engage suppliers and secure value on tactical spend with minimal manual intervention.
- Replace paper-based supplier onboarding with a self-service portal carrying built-in compliance and governance checks.
