Kōse Advisory empowers strategy where GeoTech, geopolitics and AI converge across global value chains. Through expert insight and research on AI, GeoTech, geopolitics and emerging technologies, the firm translates complex signals into strategic advisory for corporations building resilient global value chains, investors and audacious technology firms.
The company specialises in actionable insight at the convergence of people, process and technology, helping organisations translate uncertainty into tangible business impact. The expansion strengthens Kōse Advisory’s ability to support clients across strategic advisory, supply chain and procurement transformation, geopolitical risk, AI and technology strategy, sustainability, compliance, modern slavery, investment strategy and leadership development. This includes supporting clients from policy shaping and market influence through to investment impact, value creation and sustainable returns across corporations, investors and technology firms.
The move will see Kōse Advisory deepen its offering and leverage the group of experts’ unique backgrounds from the likes of procurement, supply chain, policy, leadership and geopolitical affairs.
The announcement comes at a time when business leaders are facing a uniquely challenging mix of disruption, fragmentation and opportunity. Geopolitical volatility, shifting trade patterns, regulatory pressure, AI adoption, supply chain exposure, sustainability expectations and capital discipline are forcing organisations to rethink how they make decisions, manage risk and create growth. For technology buyers, investors, procurement leaders and executive teams, the challenge is no longer simply accessing more information and analyst reports but knowing which signals matter, how to act on them, and how to align strategy with execution.
The expanded expert network includes senior figures from politics, defence, procurement, supply chain, modern slavery, transformation and international advisory, including:
- The Rt Hon Tobias Ellwood, former UK Defence Minister, former Chair of the House of Commons Defence Committee, former Foreign Office Minister and commentator on national security and foreign policy.
- Tim Nelson, CEO and co-founder of Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance, with deep expertise in modern slavery, human trafficking prevention and supply chain responsibility.
- Bernhard Raschke, former senior partner at PwC and A.T. Kearney, with more than 30 years of experience in transformation, procurement, supply chain and leadership advisory.
- Anna Jäderström, founder of Anday and co-founder of Gothia Defence Forum, advising at the intersection of defence, geopolitics, industry, policy and capital.
- Cecilia Magnusson, former Member of the Swedish Parliament and Vice Chair of the Port of Gothenburg board.
- Rachid Hassairi, senior supply chain, procurement, quality and transformation executive with extensive global experience at Kraft Heinz.

Following the announcement, Founder and Chief Analyst Koray Köse, a futurist and expert in geopolitical risk, supply chain technology, and strategic advisory, commented: “Kōse Advisory’s expert network combines diverse capabilities across geopolitics, supply chains, procurement, AI, risk, sustainability, compliance, transformation and investment strategy.
“This breadth allows us to connect insight to action, manage uncertainty, and unlock growth in an increasingly fragmented global economy. Our clients are not looking for abstract commentary. They need sharper decisions, better questions, stronger execution and access to expertise that reflects the world as it is becoming – not as it used to be. We are building a new model of research and advisory: one that combines geopolitical intelligence, technology foresight, value chain expertise and executive-level execution.”
Kōse Advisory serves a wide range of clients including technology firms, venture capital and private equity firms, events and conferences, as well as research organisations and consultancies.
